One specimen moth that Joseph was eye-ing intensely all morning. Good that the sculpture is 8 feet tall and beautiful moth out of his reach. I do love Haida art very much. So stylized and full of symbolism. I also like the minimalist approach of the lines and colors. Someone thought of the eye of the sculpture to be a whale. It can definitely see it here. In Vancouver, BC Charlie told me that they have a museum of Anthropology at the University right by the water where Haida art is prominent. I would like to visit someday. Many dreams in my heart...
